Please note that due to the hygienic and delicate nature of wigs and hair products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been processed.

All Luxe Couture Wigs units are carefully quality-checked prior to dispatch to ensure they meet our brand’s high standards. We strongly encourage customers to:

• Review product descriptions and photos carefully before purchasing.

• Double-check lace type, length, colour, and cap construction details.

• Contact our team prior to purchase if you require any additional information or clarification about a unit.

If you believe you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 2 working days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. Claims raised after this window may not qualify for review under our quality assurance policy.

Unfortunately, no exceptions can be made to this policy.
